Design Overview
A super-insulated, passive solar home with south-facing two story solarium to heat the large thermal mass enclosed within this light-filled space. This residence is located on a south-facing site in Rolla, MO.
Design features
Insulated concrete slab – concrete block thermal mass- in solarium. Living, activity spaces look out into the solarium.
East garage. Exterior – cedar, clad- wood windows.
