Design Overview
A super-insulated, brick clad passive solar home with two large two story solariums to heat the large thermal mass enclosed within this light-filled space. This residence is located on a South-facing slope in West St. Louis County.
Design features
Insulated concrete slab – thermal mass- in solarium. Full basement / activity area with access to lower level of solarium. Living, activity spaces look out into the solarium- some with cantilevered decks. North & West garages. Exterior – full brick clad- wood windows, swimming pool.
